\nThe website provides information about the E building on the site of the former US Army area FRANKLIN in Mannheim. The E building is a striking high point that forms a modern, homely refuge with its award-winning architecture (Iconic Award 2025). It offers apartments and townhouses of different sizes with well thought-out floor plans for prospective buyers or tenants. A special feature is the option to rent an apartment first and buy it later (“rent with option to buy”). <\/p>\n

\u25cf A large number of ready-to-move-in apartments – a total of 113 owner-occupied or rental apartments with 1 to 5 rooms and living spaces ranging from approx. 39 m\u00b2 to 150 m\u00b2. There is a choice of classic apartments from the 2nd floor upwards and townhouses in “town house style”.
